Refund policy

At Funkiee, every product is hand-picked and stocked at our Navi Mumbai warehouse before it is listed online. Orders ship from our own inventory, so what you see in the photos is what you receive.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • You received a different product from what was ordered.
  • The item is significantly different from its product page description.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Reported within 7 days of delivery (48 hours for damage in transit).

2. Return Process

If your order meets the conditions above:

  1. Email us at support@funkiee.com within the eligible window.
  2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the product.
  3. Our support team will verify your claim and respond within 1–2 working days.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no extra cost.

If approved, you may choose to:

  • Receive a replacement of the same item, dispatched within 2–3 business days of the returned item reaching us.
  • Receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching our warehouse.
  • Credit: The amount will typically reflect in your account within 3–4 business days after processing.
  • Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items reported after the 7-day return window has passed.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless damaged or defective.

5. Important Notes

  • Reverse Pickup: We arrange a reverse pickup wherever our courier partners service the area. If pickup is unavailable for your pincode, we will share a self-shipping address and reimburse reasonable courier charges on receipt.
  • Inspection: All returned items go through a quality inspection on arrival. Refunds or replacements are issued after the item passes inspection.
